Hanna Forrest is a dedicated neurodiversity specialist with more than 12 years of experience supporting parents, children, and teens navigating ADHD, executive function struggles, and emotional regulation challenges.
As a former Center Director of Brain Balance, Hanna developed a deep understanding of the complex needs of neurodiverse families and the daily obstacles that make home life feel overwhelming.
Hanna’s approach is rooted in whole child, whole family wellness. She believes optimal brain function is supported by a combination of movement, nervous system regulation, nutrition, sleep, and practical tools that fit real-life family rhythms.
A passionate educator and family advocate, Hanna has facilitated countless parent training groups, equipping moms and dads with ADHD-friendly strategies that finally work, not through pressure or perfection, but through understanding, structure, and connection.
Hanna is now thrilled to bring her expertise to Deeper Healing as the Iasis Microcurrent Neurofeedback Specialist for our Brain Align™ Program, where she continues her mission of helping neurodiverse individuals and their families experience clarity, calm, and long-term support.
